A new era

After years of waiting and a long, hard road, the Labourdins are moving to the new Etxeparea complex. Comprising a new, state-of-the-art synthetic pitch and new premises, it's an opportunity for the Labourdins to become more professional. The first employee, Kévin, is hired to structure the club.

Faced with increasing demand, the club created 100% women's teams in the soccer school.

The structuring of the club continues and is rewarded by two federal labels from the FFF.

Anniversary

In 2019, the club celebrated its fiftieth anniversary. It's a far cry from the early years, but the Labourdins spirit remains the same.

"50 years yes, the Labourdins soccer section is 50 years old. [...] A wonderful day for all the participants and the club as a whole, which just goes to show what a great big family our club is. We'd like to thank all the alumni for coming, and all the volunteers who gave up their time to make this a great day out."

Feminization

To meet the ever-increasing demand from young girls, we felt it necessary to develop women's soccer. A regional project seemed to be the only viable, sustainable and realistic solution in terms of both sports and social issues. With this in mind, the "LAPURDIKO IZARRA" group was born in September 2023, from the union of Labourdins and Kanboko Izarra.

The "LAPURDIKO IZARRA" group is the very first women's center in the interior of the Basque Country.

Our club, Les Labourdins d'Ustaritz Football, was founded in 1969. It was created by a group of young Ustaritzars who wanted to play soccer.
They have no pitches, no structures, no balls! So they decide to knock on Simon's door [Telleria]...
This is where the Labourdins Football adventure begins.

We have a particularity that few other clubs have: we have a first name: Les Labourdins.
