The basis of the Programme Éducatif Fédéral is a series of educational sheets that enable managers, trainers, players and parents to tackle six major themes: Visit Health,Civic Involvement,Environment, the Fair Play, the Game rules and Arbitrage and the Culture Foot. Each theme is grouped together in a series of fact sheets that allow young licensees to acquire new notions. "

Lapurdiko Izarra women's group
Women’s soccer is booming in France. Our region is no exception, and our clubs have
has been very popular with the female public. The Labourdins d’Ustaritz and Kanboko Izarra clubs have decided to structure themselves to meet these demands.
The 2022/2023 season saw the creation of a teenage team (U14-U17F) in agreement between these two clubs. This first collaboration was a great success! This adventure has created real cohesion between all stakeholders (players, coaches, managers…).
To meet the ever-increasing demand from young girls, we felt it necessary to develop women’s soccer in the region. A regional project seemed to be the only viable, sustainable and realistic solution in terms of both sports and social issues. With this in mind, the “LAPURDIKO IZARRA” group was born in September 2023.
The “LAPURDIKO IZARRA” group is the very first women’s center in the interior of the Basque Country.
Walking soccer
Walking soccer is an offshoot of classic soccer that originated in England in 2011.
It’s a slow-paced version of soccer, with modified rules that make it safe and fun for everyone.
Foot en Marchant is an excellent way to stay fit and healthy. Desearch has shown its effectiveness in the treatment of hypertension, in particular. It’s a good physical exercise, without the stress and effort of classic soccer.
CONVIVIAL
Coach School
The club is committed to training its players… and its instructors!
The U15, U17 and senior teams are coached by the club’s youth teams.
This generational mix is good for everyone!
Young Labourdins benefit from the experience of their elders who are still active.
Young coaches are supported in an altruistic approach where they are entrusted with responsibilities. They are guided towards autonomy.
The club benefits from reinforcements in the young categories, which are very busy. There’s also the reinforcement of the “club identity”: young people recognize themselves in their educators and don’t hesitate to go and support them at weekends.
This high-quality training method has been rewarded with two FFF labels!
